Fall Registration 2026

FALL REGISTRATION 2026-2027

All registration forms along with your enclosed $25.00 registration fees are due no later than August 14th. 

Registration forms need to be mailed to 234 Oglevee Lane, Connellsville PA 15425. Please make checks payable to Fuzion Dance Complex. Once we have received your registration packet you will then be notified in regard to your child’s class schedule, monthly tuition, etc. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at

Dance is set to begin September 9th! 

 We are incredibly excited to start #SEASON10 and we couldn’t do it without you!!

Please Note: Competition Team placement along with solos, duos, & trios will be determined by the discretion of the studio owner, and are on a first come, first serve basis. Please remember that there are NO age restrictions on classes. What level your child falls under is based upon their ability.  Also, Ballet and Technique are required for all Competition Team members, and Technique is required to have a solo.
