Fall Registration

FALL REGISTRATION 2024-2025

All registration forms along with your enclosed $25.00 registration fees are due no later than September, 1st. Registration forms need to be mailed to 

234 Oglevee Lane, Connellsville PA 15425. Please make checks payable to Fuzion Dance Complex. Once we have received your registration packet you will then be notified in regards to your child’s class schedule, monthly tuition, etc. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call at (724) 557-8269 OR email us at fuziondance2017@gmail.com. Dance is set to begin September 9th!  We are incredibly excited to start #SEASON8 and we couldn’t do it without you!!

Please Note: Competition Team placement along with solos, duos, & trios will be determined by the discretion of the studio owner, and are on a first come, first serve basis. Please remember that there are NO age restrictions on classes. What level your child falls under is based upon their ability. 

Also, Ballet and Technique are required for all Competition Team members, and Technique is required to have a solo.
